• What is the campaign period for this Pay Your Bill on Hotlink App campaign?

  This Pay Your Bill on Hotlink App campaign starts from 26^th July 2023 till 31^st October 2023 or full redemption of benefit, whichever is earlier.  

• Who is eligible to get the RM10 rebate for 2 consecutive months?

  Your Hotlink Postpaid mobile number must receive an offer invitation via SMS from Hotlink or in-app (Hotlink app) push notification to participate in this campaign.

  Then, 3 simple steps to get the RM10 monthly rebate for 2 months:-

  1. Install Hotlink app on your mobile phone;
  2. Open the Hotlink app and login with your Hotlink Postpaid mobile number;
  3. Make your FIRST payment (minimum RM30) using credit/debit card, online banking or eWallet. Pay Your Bill now.
     

• When will I see the RM10 rebate reflected in my Hotlink Postpaid bill after I paid on Hotlink app?

  Once you have made your FIRST Hotlink Postpaid bill payment via Hotlink app, RM10 monthly rebate will reflect from the next month onwards for 2 consecutive months.

• I have gotten the RM10 monthly rebate in August & September, will I get it again in October?

  Each Hotlink Postpaid mobile number is entitled to one(1) time of RM10 monthly rebate for 2 months throughout the campaign period.

• I received my bill statement on 7th August 2023, paid using debit card via Hotlink app on 8th September 2023, when will I receive the RM10 monthly rebate for 2 months?

  The RM10 monthly rebate will reflect in your September and October statement.

• I received my bill statement on 28th August 2023, paid using TNG eWallet via Hotlink app on the same day, when will I receive the RM10 monthly rebate for 2 months?

  The RM10 monthly rebate will reflect in your October and November statement.
