Maxis will reward Touch’nGo eWallet credit worth RM30 for customers who upgrades their Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Postpaid 45 and Hotlink Postpaid 60 plans; on a first-come, first-served basis from 11 March 2025 until 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive).

This campaign is applicable to all Hotlink Prepaid subscribers who are:
- Malaysian or non-Malaysian
- Aged 18 years and above
- Upgrading to Hotlink Postpaid 45 or 60 plan via Hotlink Online Store.

You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 14 May 2025. You may check the notification at your eWallet profile, tap at "Inbox" followed by "Activities".
In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the reward on 14 May 2025 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send a SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and re-attempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 21 May 2025 and 28 May 2025 respectively).
Prior to this, please download the Touch’nGo app and register an account with your newly registered mobile number to receive the free credit.
