The Hotlink Pre2Post SOS Top Up Campaign is a promotional campaign available exclusively on the Hotlink Online Store. Eligible Hotlink Prepaid customers who clear their outstanding SOS Top Up balance and upgrade to a Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60, or 70 plan on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period will be rewarded with RM30 Touch‘nGo eWallet credit.

The campaign starts on 6 March and ends on 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive).

This campaign is open to all existing Hotlink Prepaid customers who clear their SOS Top Up balance and upgrade to a Hotlink Postpaid 30, 45, 60, or 70 plan via the Hotlink Online Store.

You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 14th May 2025. You may check the notification in your eWallet profile, tap on "Inbox," followed by "Activities."
In the event that Maxis’ attempt to fulfill the reward on 14th May 2025 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send an SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and reattempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 21st May 2025 and 28th May 2025, respectively).
Prior to this, please download the Touch’nGo app and register an account using your newly registered mobile number to receive the free credit.
