• Why is my Hotlink Postpaid 40 plan being upgraded to Hotlink Postpaid 45?

  We strive to consistently bring better value to our customers; hence all our Hotlink Postpaid 40 customers will be upgraded to Hotlink Postpaid 45. With this change, you will enjoy an addition of 30GB of 5G quota monthly with the same commitment of RM40/month. The upgrading exercise commence on 29 July and expected to complete by 4 August 2024.

• Will there be any additional charge upon upgrade of my Hotlink Postpaid 40 to Hotlink Postpaid 45 rate plan?

  No, you will enjoy the upgrade without any additional cost. Your monthly commitment fee will remain at RM40/month.

• Will I still enjoy the same RM40 monthly commitment if I were to upgrade or downgrade to a higher or lower rate plan and back to Hotlink Postpaid 45?

  Unfortunately, no. This offer is only applicable for existing Hotlink Postpaid 40 customers (subscription prior to 25 July 2024) to enjoy upgrade with their current monthly commitment. Once you upgrade or downgrade to another rate plan and revert to Hotlink Postpaid 45, the monthly commitment of RM45 per month will apply.

• Will Hotlink notify me prior to the upgrade?

  Yes, an SMS will be sent to you on 25 July 2024 to inform on the FREE upgrade to Hotlink Postpaid 45.

• Are there any changes in the internet quota, calls, and SMS?

  Hotlink Postpaid 45 plan allows you to enjoy ultra high-speed 5G internet. You will enjoy 30GB (4G/5G) + Bonus 30GB (5G), with unlimited highspeed hotspots, calls & SMS.

• What will happen to my ongoing internet subscription after the upgrade?

  Your quota will be refreshed upon upgrade to Hotlink Postpaid 45 and you will start to enjoy 30GB (4G/5G) + Bonus 30GB (5G).

• What happens if I upgrade to Hotlink Postpaid 45 before the planned migration between 29 July to 4 August 2024?

  If you upgrade before the planned migration, you will not enjoy the perpetual RM5 rebate. Your monthly commitment fee for Hotlink Postpaid 45 will be RM45 per month.
