Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Postpaid 70: Bill Rebate + Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass (Sabah & Sarawak only) (“SSTC”)

- The Offer:-
- Offer One (1): Enjoy RM10 monthly bill rebate when you sign-up for a Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan in Sabah or Sarawak; and
- Offer Two (2): Get Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass for 24 months on top of Offer One (1),
- Participating Plan: Hotlink Postpaid 70.
- You: Person(s) who sign up for the Participating Plan in Sabah or Sarawak only during the Offer Period.
- Offer Period: 11th October 2023 (“Commencement Date”) to 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by us.
- This Offer(s) and your use of the Service(s) is subject to: -
- the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/;
- this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Postpaid 70: RM10 Bill Rebate + Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass (Sabah & Sarawak) (“SSTC”);
- Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Postpaid 70 (“Hotlink Postpaid 70 SSTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/hotlink-postpaid-70/;
- Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/;
- Summary Terms and Conditions of Maxis Services (“STC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/; and
- any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC, the STC and Hotlink Postpaid 70 SSTC shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Hotlink Postpaid 70 SSTC; (c) GTC and (d) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, this Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Hotlink Participating Plan and Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
- The Offer:-

- The Offer is only eligible for:
- person aged 18 years and above; and
- new subscribers who port-in to Maxis and sign up the Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan; or
- existing subscribers who upgrade from any Hotlink Postpaid plan to Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan; or
- existing subscribers who opt for Service Migration from Hotlink Prepaid plan and sign up for Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan.
- The Offer is only valid for Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan account activations made within the states of Sabah or Sarawak during the Offer Period.
- Bill rebate under Offer One (1) is only applicable if you subscribe for the Participating Plan on a standalone basis, and will not be applicable if you sign up for the Participating Plan with any mobile device contract.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion. Maxis reserves the right to review your eligibility for this Offer every twelve (12) months and/or change the eligibility criteria for this Offer from time to time. Should Maxis find that you no longer fulfil or meet the applicable eligibility criteria, you shall cease to enjoy the Offer and Maxis shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the Offer accordingly.
- The Offer is only eligible for:

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Participating Plan you have signed up for pursuant to this SSTC.

- In order for you to receive and continuously enjoy the RM10 bill rebate under Offer (1), you must: (a) fulfil the criteria set out in Clause 9 to Clause 11 above; and (b) maintain an active account with us and not terminate or cause the Participating Plan to be terminated.
- Unless otherwise authorised by us, the Offer is not stackable with any other bill rebate(s) or promotion which may be offered by us.
- We will assign the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass under Offer Two (2) to you upon the activation of the Participating Plan. You will be able to check the data usage of the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet Pass from your Hotlink app from the second (2nd) month onwards from the activation of the Participating Plan.
- The Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass under Offer Two (2) is subject to the following: -
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 1TB 5G mobile internet data on monthly basis. Upon the exhaustion of the FUP 1TB 5G mobile internet data, 5G internet data will be deducted from the next available mobile internet pass subscribed by you (if any) or pre-allocated mobile internet data from the Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan, whichever is available.
- The Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass will be assigned to you as long as your Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan remains active for the next twenty-four (24) months from the time the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass is activated. From the twenty-fifth (25) months onwards, the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass shall cease automatically and the mobile internet under your Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan will revert to it’s original base mobile internet data quota allocation.
- You will not be able to utilise the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass if your Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan is barred or suspended for any reason whatsoever. In the event your Hotlink Postpaid 70 is terminated (by you or for any reason whatsoever), the Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass will be cancelled automatically.
- Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass is only valid for domestic 5G Internet usage only and not applicable to international roaming.

- For 5G service(s) under Unlimited 5G Mobile Internet pass, you agree and accept that the 5G service(s) terms and conditions as stipulated in Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/hotlink-postpaid-70/ shall apply.

- During the period of which you enjoy the Offer, you shall not:
- terminate your Hotlink mobile account which you used to sign up for the Participating Plan;
- port out to another mobile service provider;
- suspend your Hotlink mobile account you used to sign up for the Participating Plan;
- have your Hotlink mobile account which you used to sign up for the Participating Plan terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- sign up for any mobile device contract using the Hotlink mobile account which you used to sign up for the Participating Plan;
- downgrade or upgrade from the Participating Plan; and/or
- change or transfer ownership of the Participating Plan to any other person.
- If any of the events in Clause 19 above occurs, Maxis shall be entitled to terminate and cancel the Offer and in such an event, you will no longer be able to enjoy the Offer.
- In the event that:
- your registered address with us has changed or such addressis not within Sabah or Sarawak anymore; or
- if we detect your network usage is outside Sabah or Sarawak for more than three (3) months continuously;
- We reserve our rights to withdraw or terminate the Offer at our discretion with prior notice to you.
- During the period of which you enjoy the Offer, you shall not:

- The Offer is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Maxis’ decision on eligible subscribers for the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Offer Period.
- For the avoidance of doubt, all relevant conditions under this SSTC must be fulfilled, including your Postpaid account must in good standing, in order to be eligible for the Offer under this SSTC.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:-
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
