Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Year End: Spin The Wheel 2024 Campaign (“SSTC”)

- Hotlink Year End – Spin The Wheel 2024 Campaign (“Campaign”) is a loyalty rewards campaign made available and offered by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”) to Hotlink Prepaid subscribers.
- You: All Hotlink Prepaid subscribers who are eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Campaign Period: Effective at 12a.m. on 20 December 2024 until 11.59p.m. on 26 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or full redemption of gift, whichever is earlier.
- Gift(s): Gift(s) in the Hotlink app for free Internet Pass, discount voucher on Internet Pass and Hotlink Rewards such as e-Voucher discount and Hotlink Deals.
- The Campaign and your use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at , this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Year End: Spin The Wheel 2024 Campaign (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”) at , Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) accessible at and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

- You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who is:
- a Hotlink prepaid subscribers;
- a resident in Malaysia; and
- at least 12 years of age. Participants below the age of 12 years old must obtain written parental consent to participate, a copy of which is to be made available to Maxis upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the Hotlink user (“Parent”) allows the Hotlink user to participate in this Campaign, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the Parent.
- Participants of this Campaign shall mean the person who participates in this Campaign, and shall be subject to proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated within this terms and conditions and as determined by Maxis.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and Maxis giving out of the Gifts are subject to our absolute discretion.
- You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who is:

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Hotlink Prepaid plans and deals you purchased during and after the Campaign Period.

- To participate in the Campaign, you are required to update to latest Hotlink App, launch Hotlink App, answer question correctly and spin the wheel.
- Each subscribers can only spin the wheel once every 24-hours and get a Gift.
- By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant deals which you have purchased. The terms and conditions of the deals can be found at , https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/lifestyle/hotlink-rewards/hotlink-prepaid-rewards/.

- Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign, you will be eligible to utilize the Gifts in the Hotlink app.
- Each Gifts has a specific validity period and subject to applicable terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions specified on the Gifts for more information. You are required to use the Gift you received within the validity period.
- The Gifts are given on a random basis.
- Free Internet Pass given under this Campaign can only be used for streaming and downloading purposes.

- This Campaign is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Campaign including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy.
- The Gift is not exchangeable for cash. Any Gift unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Voucher shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Campaign, and your participation in the Campaign.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.
- Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
- We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Campaign and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Campaign and/or Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
