Campaign Terms & Conditions – HotlinkMU Campaign with RHB (“Campaign Terms & Conditions”)

- This is the terms and conditions of HotlinkMU Campaign with RHB (“Campaign”) promoted by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”) in collaboration with RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (“RHB”).
- Campaign Offer: Extra RM10 Hotlink Prepaid credit with minimum RM30 top up via RHB.
- Campaign Period: 1st June 2024 03:00:00 – 31st May 2025 11:59:59 (both dates inclusive) or earlier, subject to availability of Offer.
- This Campaign and your use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Campaign Terms and Conditions, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) accessible at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this Campaign Terms & Conditions and the GTC shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) Campaign Terms & Conditions; and (b) GTC.
- Maxis reserves the rights without liability, to revise this Campaign Terms & Conditions and the Campaign. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions will be superseded. You agree and accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Campaign at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/campaigns/hotlinkmu-rhb.

- To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age and below 30 years of age;
- be a Hotlink Prepaid subscriber whose Hotlink account tenure is of thirty (30) days and above;
- be a resident in Malaysia;
- a registered user of RHB; and
- Participants of this Campaign shall mean the person who are eligible to participate in this Campaign, and shall be subject to proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated within this terms and conditions and as determined by Maxis.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and Maxis giving out of the Offer are subject to our absolute discretion.
- To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, you must:

- Offer is only applicable to eligible Hotlink Prepaid users through Hotlink app.
- Eligible Hotlink Prepaid users will be able to see and accept the RHB Offer under the HotlinkMU Top Up offers section via Hotlink app.
- Upon acceptance of the RHB Offer, eligible Hotlink Prepaid users will have until 11:59 p.m. on the same day to perform top up of HotlinkMU Prepaid credit in the amount of RM30 or above in a single transaction using RHB’s payment mode (i.e. RHB current account or savings account, or credit or debit card) in the Hotlink app.
- Eligible Hotlink Prepaid users who successfully performed the HotlinkMU Prepaid credit top up as described in Clause 13 above will be entitled to receive RM10 Hotlink credit.
- The RM10 Hotlink credit give-away is limited to Sixty Thousands (60,000) user at only on a “first come, first-served” basis during the Campaign Period. The Campaign Period will cease once the credit has been fully given-away or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
- The RM10 Hotlink credit will be pushed to the eligible Hotlink Prepaid user’s registered Hotlink Prepaid mobile number within sixty (60) minutes after the HotlinkMU Prepaid credit top up transaction is performed.

- You are not entitled to the Offer if any of the following occurs:
- breach of this Campaign Terms & Conditions;
- termination or suspension of the Hotlink Prepaid account during the Campaign Period;
- you have ported out during the Campaign Period; and./or
- change or transfer ownership of the Hotlink Prepaid account you registered for pursuant to this Campaign Terms and Conditions to another person during the Campaign Period.
- This Campaign does not apply to Hotlink Tourist SIM.
- You are not entitled to the Offer if any of the following occurs:

- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein and Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/privacy-statement/. In addition to this Campaign Terms & Conditions, any other terms and conditions applicable for the use of the content and/or service, including terms and conditions for the use of the relevant content and/or service, shall apply to you. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in you being disqualified from the Campaign.

- This Campaign and the Offer are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied. Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Campaign and the Offer including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy.
- Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of RHB and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of RHB’s products and services and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of RHB’s products and services.
- The Offer is strictly for personal use only, not to be resale, and not exchangeable for cash. Any Offer unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection the Campaign.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or for any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Maxis.
- Maxis is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
- We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Campaign and/or Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Campaign and/or Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
