Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Exclusive Device Deals Campaign (“SSTC”)

- The Campaign: Hotlink Online Exclusive Device Deals Campaign
- You or Participant(s): Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
- Participating Hotlink Plan: Hotlink Postpaid 70, which terms and conditions are at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/sstc/ (“Hotlink Postpaid SSTC”).
- Participating Hotlink Device: Refers to the selected Mobile Device at https://store.hotlink.com.my/?promotion=ONLINE%20EXCLUSIVE and the terms and conditions for Mobile Device Contract at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/maxis-device-contract/ (“Maxis Device Contract SSTC”). The Participating Hotlink Devices and the model offered is subject to availability. Maxis reserves the sole and absolute right to change or replace the models of the Participating Hotlink Devices without any prior notice at any time.
- Campaign Period: Effective from 7 November 2024 until 31 January 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- Reward(s): RM110 worth of Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit, subject to terms and conditions herein.
- By subscribing to the Campaign and use of the Service(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Exclusive Device Deals Campaign (“SSTC”), Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, Maxis Device Contract SSTC (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
- We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
- This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
- Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
- All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Hotlink Postpaid SSTC; (c) Maxis Device Contract SSTC; (d) GTC; and (e) STC.
- If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

- The eligibility to this Campaign is subject to the following criteria:
- You must be a new customer of Hotlink who:
- is at least 18 years of age;
- ports-in to Hotlink;
- signs up to a new Participating Hotlink Plan as described in Clause 3; and
- purchase the Participating Hotlink Device as described in Clause 4;
- you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- You must be a new customer of Hotlink who:
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and the giving out of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Rewards”) are subject to our absolute discretion.
- The eligibility to this Campaign is subject to the following criteria:

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Campaign (including the Charges for the itemised bill) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.

- To participate in this Campaign, you are required to sign up for any Participating Hotlink Plan as described in Clause 3 above during the Campaign Period via Hotlink website at https://www.hotlink.com.my/ and Hotlink online store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/.
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms in Hotlink Postpaid SSTC applicable to Participating Hotlink Plan as provided in Clause 3 above.

- Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful activation of the Participating Hotlink Plan, you will enjoy the Reward in accordance with terms below:
Reward(s) Reward(s) Terms and Conditions RM110 worth of Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit. - Rewards will be given on a “first come first serve” basis to you if you have successfully signed up and activated any of the Participating Hotlink Plan during the Campaign Period via Hotlink website or Hotlink Online Store in accordance with Clause 13 above;
- To enjoy the Rewards:
- You are required to install Touch ‘n Go app and register for Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet using your mobile phone number used to register and sign up for the Hotlink Participating Plan under this Campaign (“Registered Mobile Number”) in order to receive the Rewards.
- Maxis will cause the Reward to be fulfilled or credited into your Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet account by as stipulated in the table below. You will be able to verify Maxis’ fulfilment of the Reward by checking your e-Wallet balance and/or transaction history in your Touch ‘n Go account.
Group Activation Period Fulfilment Schedule Group 1 Successfully activate new line on Hotlink Postpaid 70 Plan and device from 7 November 2024 until 14 December 2024. You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 30th December 2024. You may check the notification at your eWallet profile, tap at "Inbox" followed by "Activities".
In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the reward on 30th December 2024 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send a SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and re-attempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 6th January 2025 and 13th January 2025 respectively).
Group 2 Successfully activate new line on Hotlink Postpaid 70 Plan and device from 15 December 2024 until 31 January 2025. You will receive the Touch’nGo eWallet credit in your Touch’nGo eWallet account by 17th February 2025. You may check the notification at your eWallet profile, tap at "Inbox" followed by "Activities".
In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the reward on 17th February 2025 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send a SMS to notify the newly registered mobile number and re-attempt crediting the reward twice on a weekly basis (i.e., by 24th February 2025 and 3rd March 2025 respectively).
- In the event all three (3) attempts made by Maxis to credit the Rewards (as described in sub-paragraph (iii) above) are unsuccessful, it shall constitute, and be deemed as, a waiver on the part of you to receive the Rewards and you shall relinquish all of your rights and entitlement in relation to the same. In this regard, Maxis shall be entitled to forfeit the Rewards and Maxis shall not be liable or responsible for any claims or whatsoever in relation to and/or arising from the Rewards.

- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
- terminate or suspend the Participating Hotlink Plan which you have registered;
- fail to activate the Participating Hotlink Plan which you have registered; and/ or
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Hotlink Plan to another person.
- If any of the events in Clause 16 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Rewards.
- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:

- Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Rewards if our attempt to fulfil the Rewards fails for any reason whatsoever.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of who are eligible and entitled to the Rewards shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
- Only one (1) Reward will be given for each Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) new subscription and activation.
- Any Rewards unutilized and/or unredeemed are not returnable and/or refundable.
- Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch‘nGo, and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Rewards.
