Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus Programme

- Programme: This Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus Programme is designed by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”) to reward existing Hotlink Postpaid customers with Loyalty Bonus (as described in clause 4 below) subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- You: Person(s) who is/are eligible to participate in this Programme.
- Programme Period: 3rd July 2023 until further notice. Any changes to the Programme Period is subject to Maxis’ discretion.
- Loyalty Bonus: Additional mobile internet data as set out in clause 13 to clause 15 hereinbelow subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- This Programme is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Postpaid Loyalty Bonus Programme (“SSTC”), Hotlink Postpaid Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“Hotlink Postpaid SSTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/sstc/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/maxis-fair-usage-policy/ ("Maxis FUP") and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
- Capitalized terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Hotlink Postpaid SSTC; and (c) GTC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, this Programme and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- This Programme is made available to existing Hotlink Postpaid subscribers who have a tenure of active line of not less than six (6) months with us continuously without any break in continuity.
- The Programme is inapplicable to you if you are a Hotlink Prepaid subscriber and/or Maxis Postpaid subscriber.
- You are ineligible for this Programme if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion. Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this Programme from time to time.

- If you are a Hotlink Postpaid 30 subscriber and have been enjoying the Loyalty Bonus before 26 June 2024, you will continue to enjoy a Loyalty Bonus of additional 5GB mobile internet data.
- If you are a Hotlink Postpaid 30 subscriber who is newly eligible to the Loyalty Bonus on or after 26 June 2024, you will enjoy a Loyalty Bonus of additional 2GB (4G/5G) + 2GB (5G) mobile internet data.
- If you are a subscriber of the following Hotlink Postpaid Plan(s), regardless the date of which you are eligible to enjoy the Loyalty Bonus, the Loyalty Bonus as set out below will apply and will be automatically awarded to you based on the Hotlink Postpaid Plan(s) you subscribed to:
Hotlink Postpaid Plan(s) Loyalty Bonus Hotlink Postpaid 40 Additional 30GB(4G/5G)+30GB(5G) mobile internet data Hotlink Postpaid 60 Additional 50GB(4G/5G)+50GB(5G) mobile internet data Hotlink Postpaid 70 Additional 70GB(4G/5G)+70GB(5G) mobile internet data - Maxis will allocate the applicable Loyalty Bonus as set out in clause 13 to clause 15 above to you within forty (40) days after the end of your Bill cycle on monthly basis. We will inform you of the allocation via SMS and/or Hotlink app on a monthly basis accordingly.
- In respect of the mobile internet data and Loyalty Bonus allocated to you, you acknowledge and accept that:-
- you will experience data browsing at reduced speeds but with no excess charges if any usage exceeds the allocated mobile internet;
- the mobile internet data allocated is exclusively for domestic usage only;
- Loyalty Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- Loyalty Bonus allocated to you is not transferrable.

- You are responsible and shall remain responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Hotlink Postpaid Plan you have signed up for.

- Maxis reserves the right to vary, forfeit, cancel and/or not fulfill the Loyalty Bonus in the event of occurrence of any of the followings:-
- if you owe us any payment or have an outstanding bill with us;
- if you have change your Hotlink Postpaid Plan to Hotlink Prepaid Plan or Maxis Postpaid Plan;
- if you have suspended your Hotlink mobile account;
- if you have terminated your Hotlink Postpaid Plan;
- if you have port out to another service provider;
- if you have applied to change or transfer ownership of your Hotlink Postpaid line to another person;
- if you downgrade the Hotlink Postpaid Plan you subscribed for;
- if you are found or suspected in tempering with the Loyalty Bonus calculation process, the operation of the Programme; and/or
- if we believe you have undertaken fraudulent practice or activities harmful to the Programme and/or violation of this SSTC.
- If the event stipulated in clause 19(f) occurs, in addition to the Loyalty Bonus being forfeited, calculation of the six (6) months tenure for the new owner of your Hotlink Postpaid line to be eligible to participate in the Programme shall be recalculated and reset.
- In the event of occurrence of clause 19(g), you will enjoy the corresponding Loyalty Bonus applicable to you based on your downgraded Hotlink Postpaid Plan without any rest or recalculation of your tenure.
- Maxis may suspend or terminate the Programme by giving you reasonable prior notice. Suspension or cancellation does not entitle you to make any claim or compensation.
- Maxis reserves the right to vary, forfeit, cancel and/or not fulfill the Loyalty Bonus in the event of occurrence of any of the followings:-

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:-
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis FUP; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Programme or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:-
