With Hotlink Ask-A-Top-Up or Share-A-Top-Up, you can request or send credit to family or friends anytime in just a few easy steps.
Ask-A-Top-Up allows you to request credit from family and friends anytime via Hotlink App or UMB.
Share-A-Top-Up allows you to send credit from family and friends anytime via Hotlink App or UMB.

All active Hotlink customers (except Hotlink Super IDD, Tourist plan and Travellers pack), with a tenure of more than 30 days are eligible to use the Share-A-Top-Up service as a donor. All active and deactive (non-active) Hotlink customers (except Hotlink Super IDD, Tourist plan and Travellers pack), (regardless of tenure) are eligible to be recipients of Share-A-Top-Up.

All active and non-active/inactive Hotlink customers (except Hotlink Super IDD, Tourist plan and Traveller's pack), (regardless of tenure) are eligible to be the recipients of Ask-A-Top-Up. Do ensure that your donor is an active Hotlink customer with a tenure of more than 30 days.

Yes, the donor will be charged a service fee of RM0.50 with every transaction.

You must have a minimum credit balance of RM1.00 after using the service as a donor.

Maximum amount/transaction: RM100 -
Maximum amount/day: RM500 (for both donor and recipient)
Maximum amount/month: RM500 (for both donor and recipient) -
Your Hotlink Prepaid’s validity will be extended with the credit received thru Share-A-Top up based on the table below:
AMOUNT VALIDITY RM1 - RM3 2 days (n + 1)
RM4 - RM5 2 days (n + 1)
RM6 - RM9 3 days (n + 2)
RM10 - RM1000 5 days (n + 4)
n = day of the transaction
