  Step 3: Scan your ID or passport
  Step 4: Take a selfie and done!

• I have activated my Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited SIM pack; how do I enjoy my Unlimited Internet and Calls?

  You need to redeem your Unlimited Internet and Calls pass; to redeem, just dial *811#.

• I have activated my Hotlink Pantas SIM pack; do I need to redeem the 10GB High-Speed Internet Pass?

  No. You will get your 10GB High-Speed Internet Pass when you have activated the SIM Pack.

• I am not able to register my SIM, what do I do?

  Call 1300-820-120 if you’re not able to register your SIM Card.
