• If I am existing customer, when will my new quota be reflected?

  We are processing all data quota upgrades between 9 – 24 Oct 2024. No action is required from your end. The upgrade will be done automatically. You'll be notified by SMS upon successful upgrade.

  The upgraded data are available for new line activation from 9 Oct 2024 onwards.

• Will the data be prorated upon successful upgrade?

  No. You will receive the full data upon successful upgrade.

• Will there be pro-rated charges because of the upgrade? 

  No. This is an automatic, permanent, and free upgrade with no price changes to your monthly commitment.

• Will there be any changes in the bill?

  There will be no change to your bill.​

• I am currently using a Hotlink Postpaid 30 plan. Can I change my rate plan to enjoy the new upgraded plans?

  You can upgrade anytime via the Hotlink app to enjoy the new quota benefits.
