Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Store Hotlink Postpaid Offer (“SSTC”)

- Offer: Sign up for any new Participating Hotlink Plan(s) via Hotlink Online Store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/ to get a special Bill rebate.
- Participating Hotlink Plan(s): Hotlink Postpaid 45, Hotlink Postpaid 60 or Hotlink Postpaid 70 plan, which applicable terms and conditions are at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/sstc/ (“Hotlink Postpaid SSTC”).
- You: Person(s) signing up for the Offer.
- Offer Period: Effective from 18 January 2024 until 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by us.
- The Offer is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/personal-hotlink-prepaid/general/general-tnc/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Hotlink Online Store Hotlink Postpaid Offer (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/maxis-fair-usage-policy/ (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, Hotlink Postpaid SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) Hotlink Postpaid SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Offer, Participating Hotlink Plans and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Offer, Participating Hotlink Plans and our Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Participating Hotlink Plans (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement, Services and/or plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using the Participating Hotlink Plans and/or the Service(s), failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- The Offer is available to any new or existing customers who sign up a new Participating Hotlink Plan.
- You are ineligible for the Offer if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- The Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- The Offer is not applicable to you if you sign up for Participating Hotlink Plan(s) via Hotlink Jom Invite Member programme, which applicable terms and conditions are set out in https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/campaigns/jom-invite-member/.
- The Offer is available to any new or existing customers who sign up a new Participating Hotlink Plan.

- Subject to the terms and conditions of this SSTC, you will get a RM10 bill rebate every month (“Rebate”) for a consecutive period of six (6) months (“Rebate Period”) when you sign up any new Participating Hotlink Plan(s) via Hotlink Online Store at https://store.hotlink.com.my/.
- By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms of Hotlink Postpaid SSTC applicable to the Participating Hotlink Plan(s) as provided in Clause 2 above.
- The Rebate will be reflected in your Bill from 2nd month onwards from the registration date. After the end of the Rebate Period, your Bill will reflect the full Monthly Commitment Fee applicable to the relevant Participating Hotlink Plan you signed up for.

- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
- terminate your Participating Hotlink Plan(s);
- suspend your Participating Hotlink Plan(s);
- have your Hotlink Postpaid account terminated for non-payment of monthly Bills;
- change or transfer ownership of your Participating Hotlink Plan(s) to another person; and/or
- convert your Participating Hotlink Plan(s) to any Hotlink prepaid rate plan.
- If any of the events in Clause 16 above occurs during the Rebate Period, you will no longer be entitled to the Rebate and the Rebate will be forfeited/cancelled from your Participating Hotlink Plan(s), with immediate effect.
- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Participating Hotlink Plan(s) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.

- The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
- Rebate is only valid and given to each MSISDN on new activation of the Participating Hotlink Plan.
- Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Rebate if our attempt to fulfil the Rebate to you fails for any reason whatsoever.
- Maxis’ decision on who are eligible and entitled to the Rebate shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Offer Period.
- Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Offer or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:-
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the FUP; and/or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
