Hotlink Prepaid Voucher – Terms & Conditions

- Hotlink Prepaid Voucher can be used for redemption of:-
- Discount on internet pass; or
- Free internet data on internet pass.
- Discount on internet pass; or
- Hotlink Prepaid Voucher is available to Hotlink customers who have meet the below eligibility requirements:
- Have active Hotlink prepaid account/line except Hotlink Tourist SIM and Hotlink Postpaid.
- Have logged in to Hotlink app at least one (1) time in a month; and
- Have received the Hotlink Prepaid Voucher on Hotlink app.
- Have active Hotlink prepaid account/line except Hotlink Tourist SIM and Hotlink Postpaid.
- Hotlink Prepaid Voucher may differ from individual to individual depending on the customer’s usage of Hotlink products and tenure of using Hotlink products.
- Each Hotlink Prepaid Voucher carries its distinctive terms of use as per indicated on respective voucher page on Hotlink app.
- All Hotlink Prepaid Vouchers can only be used for internet pass purchase on Hotlink app only.
- For redemption, the Hotlink Prepaid Voucher must be applied before checkout for any internet pass purchase on Hotlink app.
- Only one (1) Hotlink Prepaid Voucher can be applied in each purchase transaction.
- Hotlink Prepaid Voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- All Hotlink Prepaid Vouchers are not stackable with other voucher and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, privileges or promotional offers, unless otherwise specify by Maxis.
- Maxis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
- Maxis reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate this Hotlink Prepaid Voucher program (in whole or in part).
