FAQ - Hotlink Postpaid Student Offer

It is an exclusive offer of RM10 bill rebate over 12 months on Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60 and 70 plans for university / college students.

Any higher education institution student with at least 18 years old with a valid student ID. Eligible students may sign up for only one (1) mobile line under this offer.
Valid with new line activation, rate plan upgrade from other lower Hotlink Postpaid plans, Prepaid to Postpaid OR port-in from other telco providers.

You will need to bring and show us your:
- Original MyKad/Passport
- Original and valid University Student ID

RM30 advance payment is required for Hotlink Postpaid 45, 60 and 70 registration. Non-Malaysian students are subjected to a RM150 deposit.
Additional device advance payment may apply if you sign up with a new device contract, the amount varies based on device model and contract period.

Yes, the offer is valid, but you can only sign up for a device contract with Hotlink Postpaid 60 or 70 plan.

The bill rebate will be reflected in your bill from second (2nd) month onwards for a period of twelve (12) months (total RM120 bill rebate). The first month bill rebate amount might be prorated according to your bill cycle, but the subsequent bill rebate will be RM10 per month.

The rebate is only valid for 12 months and it will offset your monthly commitment. Your monthly commitment will revert from month 13th onwards.

There is no contract for this offer but if you choose to sign up with a new device, you'll need to commit to a device contract.
