• Is there an expiry on the SIM and pre-loaded data that comes with my Hotlink 5G Starter Pack?

  Yes, the SIM and pre-loaded data are valid for seven (7) days from the date of successful activation. Any unused pre-loaded data will be forfeited.

• What is the top-up promo?

  With a minimum top-up of RM30 (in one transaction), you will receive a BONUS RM3 credit. The BONUS RM3 credit will be credited to your Hotlink account by end of every month and is limited to one bonus per month.

• How do I self-register my new starter pack?

  1. Download the Hotlink App from the Apple Store/ Google Play Store.
  2. Scan the barcode on your SIM card.
  3. Scan your ID.
  4. Complete your face ID setup.
  5. Ensure your details are correct and complete your activation.
