This plan is open to all existing Hotlink Prepaid customers to change your existing rate plan to Hotlink Streaming Plan via Hotlink app.

The Hotlink Streaming Plan is not available on starter pack and only available via Hotlink app for existing Hotlink Prepaid user.
If you wish to use a new mobile number, you may purchase a starter pack of Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited or Hotlink Pantas and then change to this plan.
If you wish to keep your mobile number from other local operators, you may port-in to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited or Hotlink Pantas and then change to this plan.

You can get 5% upfront reduction for any in-app purchases in both Google Play Store and Apple App Store when you pay it with your Hotlink credit. Promo ends on 30 June 2024.

Yes, the standard fee for rate plan change is RM2. Rate plan change via UMB (*100#) is not allowed.

Upon change of plan to Hotlink Streaming Plan, all your previous internet passes will be terminated.

Hotlink Streaming Plan gives you a 30-day active period upon activation with an additional 30-day credit grace period.

There is no quota limit to the Unlimited Streaming Passes, you will enjoy high speed internet and upon reaching the limit for Fair Usage Policy, you will surf on reduced speeds.

We offer Unlimited Streaming with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing on a reduced speed until the pass expires.
The FUP limit varies for each internet pass; 5GB for daily pass, 25GB for weekly pass and 100GB for monthly passes for high-speed internet and there’s no quota limit for surfing on reduced speed.
The reduced speed is capped at 512kbps which allows fairly good user experience for video streaming on standard definition, social media apps, internet browsing, etc.

The Unlimited Streaming is only available from 6am-6pm. Any streaming app usage outside of this timing will be depleted from the All-Day Quota.

Like all mobile internet passes for prepaid, they are one-time pass.

Yes, you are allowed to stack the Unlimited Streaming passes.
