• What is Hotlink Border Roaming pass?

  Hotlink Border Roaming pass is monthly recurring roaming pass that gives you 15GB roaming data monthly for usage in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia and and cheaper call rates when you roam in these countries.

• Who is eligible for Hotlink Border Roaming pass?

  Only Hotlink Postpaid 60 customers are eligible to sign up Hotlink Border Roaming.

• How much is Hotlink Border Roaming pass?

  This monthly renewal pass is RM15/month. It will be renewed automatically at the beginning of your billing period monthly.

• With Hotlink Border Roaming pass, what are the call rates while roaming?

  Hotlink Border Roaming pass subscriber gets to enjoy cheaper call rates in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia at:

  • Call to Malaysia: RM0.50/min
  • Call to local country: RM0.50/min
  • Receive call: RM0.20/min

   

  Calls to other countries will be charged at standard international roaming rates. Call from Msia to Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia is IDD and subject to IDD rates.

• How do I subscribe to Hotlink Border Roaming pass?

  You can subscribe on the following steps: 

  1. dial *100#,
  2. select 'International Roaming',
  3. choose Singapore, Thailand or Indonesia
  4. and select 'Buy Hotlink Border Roaming pass'.

   

  The Hotlink Border Roaming pass will be renewed automatically at the beginning of your billing period monthly. 

• Will I be notified on the subscription status?

  Yes, you will receive an SMS when your pass is successfully activated. Alternatively, you can check the status by dialing *100#.

• If I’ve consumed all my Hotlink Border Roaming pass quota, can I still use data roaming without any additional charges?

  Yes. You can still continue browsing at a reduced speed without any data charges after you have used up all your Hotlink Border Roaming pass quota.

• How can I get high speed internet after finishing my quota from Hotlink Border Roaming pass?

  Yes. You may browse on high speed internet by getting other available roaming pass. To subscribe dial *100# > International Roaming > Country > Buy Data Pass. Click here to view the list of countries.

• Can I use my Hotlink Border Roaming pass data quota in more than 1 country?

  Yes, you may use Hotlink Border Roaming pass data quota in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia

• What if I use roaming services when travelling in country that outside of Hotlink Border Roaming pass coverage?

• Can I use Hotlink Border Roaming pass in Malaysia?

  The rates and quota of Hotlink Border Roaming pass is meant for international roaming in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.

• How do I terminate my Hotlink Hotlink Border Roaming subscription?

  To terminate your subscription of Hotlink Border Roaming pass, just call us at 123.
  

   

• How do I know if I have successfully terminated the Hotlink Border Roaming?

  You will receive an SMS to confirm the termination of your Hotlink Border Roaming subscription.

• How much wil Il be charged for my last month subscription to Hotlink Border Roaming?

  Your last monthly subscription fee for Hotlink Border Roaming will be pro-rated.

• What will happen after I terminated Hotlink Border Roaming subscription?

  Standard roaming rates will be applicable for all your voice, SMS, and data usage after the termination of your Hotlink Border Roaming subscription.
