• What is Hotlink iShare service?

  iShare service allows Hotlink Prepaid, Hotlink Postpaid and Maxis Postpaid subscribers to send mobile credit to your loved ones on selected Prepaid Mobile network operators overseas for calls, data or bills.
  

• How can I perform iShare transaction?

  You can perform iShare transaction by using UMB, Hotlink App & Hotlink Self-Serve (HSS) portal.

  To perform iShare transaction in UMB:-

  1. Dial *100*4*4#
  2. Select Country
  3. Select Type of services
  4. Enter recipient’s mobile number
  5. Select denomination
  6. Confirm your transfer

  To perform iShare transaction via Hotlink app / HSS portal:

  1. Tap “Top Up”
  2. Tap “iShare Overseas”
  3. Select Country
  4. Select Type of services
  5. Enter recipient’s mobile number
  6. Select denomination
  7. Confirm your transfer

• Can I perform multiple iShare transactions in a month?

  Yes, you can.
  

• What is my monthly limit for iShare transaction?

  Monthly limit for a prepaid subscriber is RM300/month and a postpaid subscriber is RM100/bill cycle.

• Is there any SMS notification to recipient when they receive the credit/ benefit from iShare transaction?

  This is dependent on the operator/ country of the recipient.
  

• Does the sender get any SMS notification when they have performed the transaction?

  Yes, they will receive a notification upon successful/failure transaction.
