General

  • You can top up your Hotlink Prepaid through:

    1. Hotlink App:
      • Use online banking, credit/debit card, or e-wallet.
    2. Dial *100# on your phone.
    3. Banks, E-Wallets, or Online Partners.

  • If you're a Malaysian citizen using MyKad, NRIC, Malaysian Army, or Malaysian Police Identity Card, only the top-up amount will be charged, with no additional fees.

    For non-Malaysian citizens, a 6% Service Tax will be applied to prepaid top-ups.

  • After a successful top-up, you will receive an SMS notification and/or a digital receipt sent to the email address you have provided in the Hotlink app.

  • If your credit still isn't showing, double-check these:

    • Top-Up Ticket: Make sure you entered the correct 16-digit PIN.
    • Debit Card: Ensure your card is enabled for online transactions.
  • Each RM1 top-up extends your active period by 1 day from the date of top-up.

    For Hotlink Pantas (Hotlink Fast), each RM10 top-up or more keeps your account/SIM active for 30 days.

    For example, a RM20 top-up will extend your account/SIM for 30 days, while a RM5 top-up will extend it for 5 days.
